About the Inventioneers Patent Scholarship

ABOUT US
For those of you new to our program, we are the Inventioneers, a non-profit public charity. We began as a FIRST® LEGO® League
(FLL®) team back in 2004 and had amazing success in that program (we still need to pinch ourselves every once in a while).
We were the four time NH State FLL® Champions and in April of 2010, we earned the Champions Award at the FLL® World Festival
in Atlanta, GA.

We have a utility patent pending at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

About Us

We are a group of six teens determined to help other kids explore technology and engineering.  We have taught classes to hundreds of kids and adults and have helped thousands with our online educational resources.  We provide support to FIRST®  LEGO®  League (FLL®) teams through classes, individual mentoring and our original written materials, and through our unique Inventioneers Patent Scholarship program, we teach and encourage young inventors nationwide.

We started working together in 2004 and have filed four provisional patents on four different inventions.  Our utility patent was issued in October of 2013 by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for our latest invention, the SMARTwheel (SMART stands for Safe Motorist Alert for Restricting Texting, Tweeting, Typing, Touchscreens, Take out and Touch up).

We have exciting new plans for our 2013 Inventioneers Patent Scholarship program so check back to learn more.  In the meantime, take a look at our patent tips (see sidebar) and don't hesitate to contact us at TheInventioneers@yahoo.com.
